Design Plans
At Highpoint Construction, we build traditional homes and large additions. If you’re looking for a traditional home, we suggest talking to our team first about your ideas and general plans for the build in case we have a set of plans on file that may interest you.
If you prefer to find your inspiration through different websites like dreamhomesource.com that have a wide array of options, we’re happy to come on board with you and work with your plan.
Lastly, if you choose to go with a hybrid plan – a little of this and a little of that – we’ll include our draftsman and provide that perfect combination.
Project Management

The Build
When we break ground, we work with trusted subcontractors. We know how important skilled labor is, and our quality in critical aspects like foundation laying and framing reflects our care for all aspects for the build itself.
Our crew members have been hand-selected and vetted. They know exactly what is expected from them as far as work ethic and experience.
In addition, our rough construction is always solid grade. For example, we only use pecs for pluming, delta fixtures, and architectural grade singles.
As we begin finishes we offer option from suppliers we trust. For example, we have a two-tier price point for granite countertops. We will show you samples within those two price tiers. We won’t overwhelm you with 473 granite options in a Costco-sized warehouse! We keep it clear and concise – yet offer variety.
Financing
At Highpoint Construction, we care about your whole home build. For that reason, ask us about what banks we recommend for financing. There are some that we’ve worked with for a long time. They know us – and we know them. It’s a smooth process and we like how they make their part efficient and concise, which expedites the build.
