We started our company in 2009 after realizing there was a need for honest and properly skilled home builders in East Tennessee. We truly wanted to bring a peaceful experience to the table and do our best to make what can be a stressful season an easy and exciting one!

We know families work hard to get to the point where they’re ready to break ground and build. It can seem daunting to find a good general contractor when we – as an industry – seem to have a poor reputation. Skill, honesty, and communication are the three things we strive tirelessly to provide.
We specialize in custom homes, shell builds, and additions. I (Braxton) am a second-generation builder, and being in the field my entire life has built a foundation of knowledge that has grown even stronger after becoming a licensed general contractor over a decade ago. Our homes are durable and structurally sound.
Meet Our Family
My beautiful wife, Britney, figured out very early that she enjoys construction. Before we knew it, we had a family-owned company that we operate ourselves. For years, she has tirelessly grown Highpoint Construction in a well-running operation that provides organization and follow-through. Britney also works closely with our new clients as they come on board, making sure they are heading in the right direction for all the preliminary steps.
We have three amazing kids that are learning our skill sets as they are homeschooled at our side. We try to bless those around us with a good work ethic and honesty backed by our beliefs. We always think it’s important to show respect and kindness to our clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and employees.

Highpoint Construction offers shell builds for your convenience. We understand that finding a contractor willing to only build the shell of the home is difficult. That’s why we’re willing to go above and beyond for our clients. We get you started – then you take over for the finishes.
